Grand Lara Lakes is a residential estate for Bisinella Developments housing 800 lots built between 2008-2015. The project focused on transforming existing degraded farmland into a thriving open space reserve providing passive recreational opportunities. The land was reshaped to create a picturesque lake as a focal point for walking, bird watching and picnics for the community. By reintroducing indigenous flora and fauna, we aimed to enhance biodiversity and provide vital habitats to ensure Grand Lara Lakes becomes a vibrant, eco-friendly retreat for both wildlife and the community.
