Kingston Coast Estate features residential development of over 500 lots for Shell Road Developments. Our scope of works included master planning to detailed design of public open spaces, wetland reserves, and streetscapes. We successfully balanced functional wetland reserves with public open spaces to create a sustainable and safe environment. A shared path connects all green spaces, forming a long walking and bike track for residents to enjoy the picturesque wetland views. Our design ensures Kingston Coast Estate offers both natural beauty and practical living spaces.
