Lara Lakes Estate, Lara

At Bisinella Development's Lara Lakes Estate, we designed over 6 hectares of open space, including wetlands, walking trails, and two playgrounds. Collaborating with the client, City of Greater Geelong, and consultants, we created a path network with a 94-meter boardwalk over the wetlands, featuring picnic and sculptural seating areas. We also developed a community gathering space with a sculptural piece (designed and installed by Romanis Trinham Collaborations) depicting the 'Black Kite' bird, the You-Yang silhouette, and native grasses. Our design fosters a vibrant, nature-inspired community.
