Seaside Estate, St Leonards

Bisinella Development's Seaside Estate at St Leonards features 230 lots, located close to the coastal woodlands at Edwards Point Wildlife Reserve, and the wetlands of Swan Bay. Inspired by the name and location of the estate Romanis Trinham Collaborations, in collaboration with other stakeholders, designed and installed a Banjo Shark (Fiddler Ray) sculpture and furniture, enhancing the estate's unique character and natural beauty. We collaborated with the client and the City of Greater Geelong to maintain and re-establish vegetation along the estate frontage and provide ‘Stag’ logs within the wetlands to provide vital habitat for indigenous fauna.
